Terms at a glance
Welcome to Zuckie Spice. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Zuckie Spice LLC (“Zuckie Spice,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a New Jersey limited liability company based in Moorestown, New Jersey. They apply to your use of www.ZuckieSpice.com (the “Site”) and to every purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Accepting these terms
By browsing the Site, creating an account, signing up for our newsletter, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Returns Policy, which are part of this agreement.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your state) to place an order or create an account. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment and shipping information you provide is accurate and belongs to you or someone who has authorized you to use it.
3. Our products & food safety
Zuckie Spice sells handcrafted, all-natural spice blends rooted in Haitian culinary tradition, made in small batches in Moorestown, New Jersey with peppers and ingredients sourced from local New Jersey farmers. We use no fillers, no anti-caking agents, and no shortcuts.
Allergens and sensitivities. Our products are made in a kitchen that handles a variety of natural ingredients. Always read the full ingredient list on each product label before consuming. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, contact us before ordering and we will gladly answer questions about ingredients and preparation.
Heat warning. Many of our blends contain hot peppers and are genuinely spicy. Use them at your own comfort level, keep them out of reach of small children, and avoid contact with your eyes and skin when handling.
Not medical advice. Nothing on the Site is intended as medical, dietary, or nutritional advice. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Appearance may vary. Because every batch is handcrafted from fresh, natural ingredients, small variations in color, texture, and appearance between batches are normal and are not defects.
4. Ordering & payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it. This confirmation does not mean your order has been accepted; acceptance happens when we ship your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
Payment is due at checkout and is processed securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
5. Pricing & sales tax
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders we have already accepted. Despite our best efforts, occasional pricing or typographical errors can occur; if we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you with the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
New Jersey sales tax is collected on orders where required by law and is calculated at checkout.
6. Shipping & delivery
Orders typically ship within 2–7 business days, since every jar is blended and packed by hand in small batches. Delivery timeframes shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you when the order is handed to the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we will always try to help if something goes wrong. For local delivery orders, we will coordinate delivery details with you directly.
7. Returns & refunds
We stand behind every blend. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are simply not satisfied, our Refund & Returns Policy explains exactly how we handle replacements, store credit, and refunds — including our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
8. Your account
You may create an account to make checkout faster and view your order history. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@zuckiespice.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Our content & brand
Everything on the Site — including the Zuckie Spice name, logo, recipes, blend names, product descriptions, photographs, and site design — belongs to Zuckie Spice LLC or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or use our content or branding for commercial purposes without our written consent. You are always welcome to share links to our Site and tag us on social media.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to do anything unlawful, to interfere with the Site’s operation or security, to attempt to access accounts or systems that are not yours, to submit false reviews or misleading information, or to scrape or harvest data from the Site. We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these rules.
11. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep product descriptions, photos, and availability accurate, we do not guarantee that the Site will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that all information is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except for any warranties that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuckie Spice LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Some states do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zuckie Spice LLC and its owner from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey. Before pursuing any formal action, we ask that you contact us first — most issues can be resolved with a friendly email.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows or as laws change. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The version in effect when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
